Handing time:
Generally, we would be able to send out the orders to you within 2 business days and 2-3 days for the orders placed on weekends. We will let you know the FedEx or DHL tracking information via email once the orders are shipped out.
For the custom-made order, we would need some days to proceed with your orders and ship them out within 5 days.

I ordered my hair Wednesday night n I had it in TX Friday morning really no wait time! The hair is really thick to be 20inchs.. it doesn’t smell bad. it smells just like hair from the hair store! I haven’t installed or co washed the hair yet. the customer service is amazing. she gave me exactly what I wanted!! WHY HAVEN’T YOU ORDERED YET ,BEST HAIR ON EVAN.

I fell in love the texture is sooo soft, it’s true to length, Literally No shedding so far, I got three bundles in the inches 12 14 16 ” , the bundles are really thick and full. Evan kept in contact the whole time keeping me updated on everything & the hair came extremely fast which surprised me I Ordered the hair on Monday and it came on Thursday. I love this hair!!! EVERYONE is asking where I got it from. It’s sooo soft and the closure already came plucked I was afraid the curls wouldn’t go back after Co washing but those curls popped right back. I really like the hair in its natural state. you don’t even have wand it really it’s already beautiful.
