Generally, we would be able to send out the orders to you within 2 business days and 2-3 days for the orders placed on weekends. We will let you know the FedEx or DHL tracking information via email once the orders are shipped out.
For the custom-made order, we would need some days to proceed with your orders and ship them out within 5 days.

I have received my hair, the shipping was so quick and I really like it. It looks soft ordered on the 1st and shipped on the 2nd and received on the 5th.
