Handing time:
Generally, we would be able to send out the orders to you within 2 business days and 2-3 days for the orders placed on weekends. We will let you know the FedEx or DHL tracking information via email once the orders are shipped out.
For the custom-made order, we would need some days to proceed with your orders and ship them out within 5 days.

FedEx Express webpage: www.fedex.com or DHL Express webpage: www.dhl.com. If you can not receive the order on time, please feel free to contact us. One of our staff will check the status and reply to you within 24 hours.

We do not offer shipping or delivery on Sundays or Chinese holidays.

The hair is so beautiful and soft. The curls are bomb! I have ran my hands through it many times and it still goes back to the original curl state. Its true to length and no tangles or shedding so far! I am excited to install this hair.

This is the natural state of this hair. I did not wash this hair before install it had not smell it looked really nice from the start. The frontal was purchased from a different vendor. I’ve already ordered again will continue to order from this vendor.
