Generally, we would be able to send out the orders to you within 2 business days and 2-3 days for the orders placed on weekends. We will let you know the FedEx or DHL tracking information via email once the orders are shipped out.
For the custom-made order, we would need some days to proceed with your orders and ship them out within 5 days.

We will send you an email and advise the tracking information when the order is shipped out. Please track your order at
FedEx Express webpage: www.fedex.com or DHL Express webpage: www.dhl.com. If you can not receive the order on time, please feel free to contact us. One of our staff will check the status and reply to you within 24 hours.

We do not offer shipping or delivery on Sundays or Chinese holidays.

I love this hair it is like no other and completely different from other Deep wave hair this hair looks very pretty on brown skin girls or women of color that’s one awesome reason why I love it , it looks very defined and the curl pattern did not drop as I was cowashing it so that was also a plus . The hair also has lots of movement even when it isn’t wet and that’s what makes this hair perfect and also the hair was shipped to me 3 days after payment early in the morning with DHL which is awesome.

The hair is amazing I received fast. I ordered it on Friday received it on tuesday. The customer service is great.The first picture is when I received it the next one is after I washed it .The texture of the frontal and the bundles are all the same the curl patterns match perfect. I am in loveeeeeee with this hair. I installed it into a wig unit and it came or better than I could imagine. There is some tangling but not more than expected with curly hair. Ships very quickly.
