Handing time:
Generally, we would be able to send out the orders to you within 2 business days and 2-3 days for the orders placed on weekends. We will let you know the FedEx or DHL tracking information via email once the orders are shipped out.
For the custom-made order, we would need some days to proceed with your orders and ship them out within 5 days.

FedEx Express webpage: www.fedex.com or DHL Express webpage: www.dhl.com. If you can not receive the order on time, please feel free to contact us. One of our staff will check the status and reply to you within 24 hours.

We do not offer shipping or delivery on Sundays or Chinese holidays.
Please note:

If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your PayPal, we may contact you to list the alternate address with your PayPal or require additional information from you to verify that you are indeed the cardholder. Your order will not be shipped until your payment information has been confirmed. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your PayPal. Listing the address before you place an order helps us process your order more quickly.
2. For the cardholder's protection, the company reserves the right to send orders to the billing address if a different shipping address cannot be verified.
3. We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by your local customs for any international deliveries.
The seller was really good and the shipping was extremely fast. The communication of the seller was timely and they answered the questions I asked. The hair: The hair is lovely and good quality for the price paid. The lengths are true to length once washed and combed. If you wish to retain the perfect curls the hair comes in do not finger comb or comb the hair because it does not revert back to the exact uniform curls it comes in. I much like the bouncy natural looking curls the hair turns into once combed and washed.
Wish I had more pictures! But I usually wait two weeks at least (I’ll have more pictures then) but in my initial review; the hair is beautiful and didn’t have any odor true to length, shedding- what you expect from curly hair and lastly thickness of bundles- amazing.

The hair is amazing I received fast. I ordered it on Friday received it on tuesday. The customer service is great.The first picture is when I received it the next one is after I washed it .The texture of the frontal and the bundles are all the same the curl patterns match perfect. This hair is amazing! It’s soft gets really silky and really curly when wet easy to maintain came in three days so it was very nice and polite and very helpful answered every question that I had and it was all a great price for good quality The hair doesn’t shed and didn’t have a bad smell.
Receive hair. Reasonable shipping time. Smell a bit unpleasant however it can be removed by co washing I believe. Hair is soft but bundles a bit thin. Frontal length is perfect! Will leave additional feedback once I installed.
I order from this hair every chance I get and it never disappoints. Take bleach and dye well. The hair is extremely soft and true to length. Evan was a good communicator, I messed my order and had to order some more hair and she shipped it as soon as possible and it still all came together in the end. So I’m satisfied.
I ordered this hair about a month ago and I wanted to wait a while before reviewing it. Now I can say it’s the best curly hair I have had. I have had it for a few weeks now and I have no tangling, very minimal little to none shedding which is expected because it’s curly hair.My hairstylist who made wig for me spoke highly of this hair I have got sooo many compliments,the curly is so beautiful, definitely recommend this hair !!!
