Generally, we would be able to send out the orders to you within 2 business days and 2-3 days for the orders placed on weekends. We will let you know the FedEx or DHL tracking information via email once the orders are shipped out.
For the custom-made order, we would need some days to proceed with your orders and ship them out within 5 days.

We do not offer shipping or delivery on Sundays or Chinese holidays.

I bought this hair 3 months ago in April and the hair is still in great condition, still soft, still full, still minimum to no shedding. I love this hair. I bought 3 16″ with a 14″ closer and made it into a wig.
I got the hair so quickly! It had a little smell when I first got it but that washed up. Bundles stayed perfect after washing, and they are very thick. So far so good, I’ll be back with a monthly update.
