Handing time:
Generally, we would be able to send out the orders to you within 2 business days and 2-3 days for the orders placed on weekends. We will let you know the FedEx or DHL tracking information via email once the orders are shipped out.
For the custom-made order, we would need some days to proceed with your orders and ship them out within 5 days.

We do not offer shipping or delivery on Sundays or Chinese holidays.

Got my Evan hair, was very soft and no shedding but came with a little smell. Other then that I got it on time and very pretty packaging. I got 16 inches in wavy with 150% density.
