Handing time:
Generally, we would be able to send out the orders to you within 2 business days and 2-3 days for the orders placed on weekends. We will let you know the FedEx or DHL tracking information via email once the orders are shipped out.
For the custom-made order, we would need some days to proceed with your orders and ship them out within 5 days.

We do not offer shipping or delivery on Sundays or Chinese holidays.

If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your PayPal, we may contact you to list the alternate address with your PayPal or require additional information from you to verify that you are indeed the cardholder. I ordered 20 inches 150 density body wave. This hair is so soft and full. Everybody loves it. The wig fit my head just right. Shipping only took five days. And the seller sent me a text message after the delivery to make sure I got my package… I will definitely be ordering again.

I’m in love with this hair, In the package i received lashes, 180 density 20 inch wig , & a bag to hold it in. The second i touched that hair it was soft & the curls were bouncy, The hair was pre-plucked a little, i decided to pluck a bit more. If your feeling unsure make that purchase cause I will definitely be ordering some more hair.
