Generally, we would be able to send out the orders to you within 2 business days and 2-3 days for the orders placed on weekends. We will let you know the FedEx or DHL tracking information via email once the orders are shipped out.
For the custom-made order, we would need some days to proceed with your orders and ship them out within 5 days.

This rating is solely based on the product prior to install. The seller had constant communication with me until my shipment arrived. Shipping was REALLY FAST, the hair did not smell, the hair did not shed, the bundles were full. The hair feels really, really soft! I will post pictures once installed.
