Handing time:
Generally, we would be able to send out the orders to you within 2 business days and 2-3 days for the orders placed on weekends. We will let you know the FedEx or DHL tracking information via email once the orders are shipped out.
For the custom-made order, we would need some days to proceed with your orders and ship them out within 5 days.

Total delivery time = Handling time/producing time + Shipping time
We do not offer shipping or delivery on Sundays or Chinese holidays.
Please note:

If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your PayPal, we may contact you to list the alternate address with your PayPal or require additional information from you to verify that you are indeed the cardholder. Your order will not be shipped until your payment information has been confirmed. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your PayPal. Listing the address before you place an order helps us process your order more quickly.

I loooove this hair . It is sooo bomb ! No tangling , no shedding , and can be straightened and re-curled back to its original curl pattern . It took over 4 days to ship which was a bit annoying but other than that, this is positively the best wig I’ve ever owned & I will definitely be buying future wigs from here, no doubt. Thanks so much
