Handing time:
Generally, we would be able to send out the orders to you within 2 business days and 2-3 days for the orders placed on weekends. We will let you know the FedEx or DHL tracking information via email once the orders are shipped out.
For the custom-made order, we would need some days to proceed with your orders and ship them out within 5 days.
How to track your order:
We will send you an email and advise the tracking information when the order is shipped out. Please track your order at
FedEx Express webpage: www.fedex.com or DHL Express webpage: www.dhl.com. If you can not receive the order on time, please feel free to contact us. One of our staff will check the status and reply to you within 24 hours.

We do not offer shipping or delivery on Sundays or Chinese holidays.

I love this hair. Beautiful texture, no shedding. I have to brush it for a long time just to come across one or two strands. Hardly no shedding even after bleaching. Also it was delivered in three days. I will definitely by this hair again.

This hair was absolutely lovely. When first received the hair has no smell and no shedding. It took about 3 days to receive my order. I later on bleached the hair and it took the bleach very well,lol.
