Handing time:
Generally, we would be able to send out the orders to you within 2 business days and 2-3 days for the orders placed on weekends. We will let you know the FedEx or DHL tracking information via email once the orders are shipped out.
For the custom-made order, we would need some days to proceed with your orders and ship them out within 5 days.

FedEx Express webpage: www.fedex.com or DHL Express webpage: www.dhl.com. If you can not receive the order on time, please feel free to contact us. One of our staff will check the status and reply to you within 24 hours.

We do not offer shipping or delivery on Sundays or Chinese holidays.
Please note:

If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your PayPal, we may contact you to list the alternate address with your PayPal or require additional information from you to verify that you are indeed the cardholder. Your order will not be shipped until your payment information has been confirmed. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your PayPal. Listing the address before you place an order helps us process your order more quickly.

LOVE LOVE LOVE This Hair & Seller! My hair came in 3 days! No Im not rating them based on the $15 Coupon they’re giving me! This hair is bomb asf ! Definitely worth your $. The frontal was Perfect, easy to bleach the knots. & As far as the bundles, they’re long just how I like them. I ordered 4 bundles. I only used a little over 3 bundles because the hair was fuller than I expected! There was minimal shedding as to be expected with curly hair nothing out of control. I put Olive Leave In conditioner & water in it to achieve the wave pattern shown in my pics.

Great hair arrived in few days loving the curls can get dry sometimes but I moisturize with leave in conditioner.

This is my first time buying from this vendor and I usually always get Peruvian hair but this hair’s texture feels a bit less soft so we¡¯ll see how this goes. There was no strong or unusual smell and the bundles are true to size.
