Handing time:
Generally, we would be able to send out the orders to you within 2 business days and 2-3 days for the orders placed on weekends. We will let you know the FedEx or DHL tracking information via email once the orders are shipped out.
For the custom-made order, we would need some days to proceed with your orders and ship them out within 5 days.

We will send you an email and advise the tracking information when the order is shipped out. Please track your order at
FedEx Express webpage: www.fedex.com or DHL Express webpage: www.dhl.com. If you can not receive the order on time, please feel free to contact us. One of our staff will check the status and reply to you within 24 hours.

We do not offer shipping or delivery on Sundays or Chinese holidays.

If you are wanting soft kinky type hair this is a good buy! I was expecting more of an Afro type so that I could wrap my faux locks with it but overall it is very good quality hair, as always.
