Handing time:
Generally, we would be able to send out the orders to you within 2 business days and 2-3 days for the orders placed on weekends. We will let you know the FedEx or DHL tracking information via email once the orders are shipped out.
For the custom-made order, we would need some days to proceed with your orders and ship them out within 5 days.

We will send you an email and advise the tracking information when the order is shipped out. Please track your order at
FedEx Express webpage: www.fedex.com or DHL Express webpage: www.dhl.com. If you can not receive the order on time, please feel free to contact us. One of our staff will check the status and reply to you within 24 hours.

The hair is beautiful and soft I got a frontal and 3 bundles made into a wig I bleached the knots and sealed the bundles.. So far so good little to no shedding and in the nape area no tangling at all..
I have had this hair installed for the past two weeks. With most hair at this time the curls are gone but the curls are still in place. The hair is still full and has a bounce to it. I only washed once before installing and have not washed as yet. The bundles are quite full, I used two and a half bundles and a closure for my wig. I’m wearing my hair with pride. Definitely a good purchase.
