Handing time:
Generally, we would be able to send out the orders to you within 2 business days and 2-3 days for the orders placed on weekends. We will let you know the FedEx or DHL tracking information via email once the orders are shipped out.
For the custom-made order, we would need some days to proceed with your orders and ship them out within 5 days.

We will send you an email and advise the tracking information when the order is shipped out. Please track your order at
FedEx Express webpage: www.fedex.com or DHL Express webpage: www.dhl.com. If you can not receive the order on time, please feel free to contact us. One of our staff will check the status and reply to you within 24 hours.

Well, I have fixed the hair and it’s soft but you need to care for the hair. I make my own spray. lots of water, leaving conditioner and Aragon oil in a spray bottle. it’s so soft and looks wet.
