Handing time:
Generally, we would be able to send out the orders to you within 2 business days and 2-3 days for the orders placed on weekends. We will let you know the FedEx or DHL tracking information via email once the orders are shipped out.
For the custom-made order, we would need some days to proceed with your orders and ship them out within 5 days.

Hair is okay , delivered fast. Hair is extremely straight. Ordered a 12 14 and 16 but if you like your hair thick like i Do you would definitely need 4 bundles. Will order again and get 4 next time. Hair is soft though ends are starting to look frayed only having it installed for 3 days.

I just received my bundles, they are very soft and no smell, I will be co washing before install, the vendor did keep me updated but the whole process to me was a Lil longer than I expected with it getting shipped out, it reached me in about 4 business days I’ll do second review when I install and will take pics.
