Handing time:
Generally, we would be able to send out the orders to you within 2 business days and 2-3 days for the orders placed on weekends. We will let you know the FedEx or DHL tracking information via email once the orders are shipped out.
For the custom-made order, we would need some days to proceed with your orders and ship them out within 5 days.

I love the hair. I ordered 4 bundles. 10-12-14-16. Of course I didn’t use all 4. I usually use 4 because I love my hair full but the bundles are so thick they were perfect. No bad smell & it hasn’t shed any. I received my hair within 4 days.

Okay I ordered the hair on Friday it came on Monday so shipping was really great and fast. I ordered 4 bundles Hair is very soft feels like butter. No smell. I opened all 4 bundles to see if i shake them would they tangled they didn’t also I brushed throw them I received no shedding. But this is just the initial review. I’ll be back in a month to review again to see how the hair is doing.

Customer service was very cooperative with me. they didn’t give me any hard time. They kept in touch before I made my purchase. I had made my order on a Thursday and got it the Monday following. I have it mixed with another vendor and the other vendor I will never buy from again. next week I will be ordering the rest of my bundles from this vendor.
I’ve ordered from them before. The hair lasts and it’s truly beautiful. Bundles are a little thin but that’s not a problem. It has a lot of body. The closure held up very well.
