Handing time:
Generally, we would be able to send out the orders to you within 2 business days and 2-3 days for the orders placed on weekends. We will let you know the FedEx or DHL tracking information via email once the orders are shipped out.
For the custom-made order, we would need some days to proceed with your orders and ship them out within 5 days.

We do not offer shipping or delivery on Sundays or Chinese holidays.

Hair was true to its length and was very soft.

I have yet to install the hair; however it feels super soft and looks amazing! Communication with the seller was also amazing! Delivery was FAST!! I ordered the hair on Monday and received the hair on Wednesday! I was surprised considering Tuesday was a holiday here in America (Our Independence day). Once I have the hair install I will upload pics!
