Handing time:
Generally, we would be able to send out the orders to you within 2 business days and 2-3 days for the orders placed on weekends. We will let you know the FedEx or DHL tracking information via email once the orders are shipped out.
For the custom-made order, we would need some days to proceed with your orders and ship them out within 5 days.
How to track your order:
We will send you an email and advise the tracking information when the order is shipped out. Please track your order at
FedEx Express webpage: www.fedex.com or DHL Express webpage: www.dhl.com. If you can not receive the order on time, please feel free to contact us. One of our staff will check the status and reply to you within 24 hours.

We do not offer shipping or delivery on Sundays or Chinese holidays.

I ordered my hair on a Sunday and it was delivered to me the following Thursday. The hair was very soft and had no smell when it first arrived. I bleached and dyed my hair maroon, though some of the curls fell i love he overall turnout. I told my stylist about the hair and he was surprised at how much it cost and the great quality of the hair. I’d definitely buy from this vendor again!
